Be the Bounty, 04/11/09 Results..

A huge thanks to the seventy 32Red Poker players who entered our €1,700 GTD Be the Bounty (Staff Special) event yesterday evening at 21:30 UK.  Having played as one of the 32Red staff bounties, I must say I found the level of skill amongst you lot higher than I had anticipated…it goes to show how much you’ve all been practicing, or maybe I’m just not as good as I thought I was!  As coincidence may have it, all three 32Red bounty staff members were randomly seated at the same table, which gave window139 the perfect window of opportunity to eliminate both 32Red-Pat & 32Red-Steve with his monster Red-Aces pocket pair – earning him two €100,000 Guarantee tickets!  johnny313 quickly followed suit by knocking me out with a sneaky big-slick, which I dismally attempted to defend with my K8 off-suit – terrible I know.  On that sad note, let’s take a look at yesterday’s results… Read more

Be the Bounty, 28/10/09 Results..

Before we begin, I’d like to remind all you bounty hunters of a new addition we recently made to the BtB Rules. It states: “Should a bounty player win any Be the Bounty game, he/she will inherit the bounty prize placed on their head…“. Be the Bounty, 24/10/09 Results..

A poor turnout in Saturday’s Be the Bounty tournament with only 41 entrants taking part.  The good news however, is that if we take into account the guaranteed prize pool and and bounty prizes, our BtB players benefited from a fantastic overlay in prizes of over €1,000.00!  A quick congratulations to MrTricky for knocking out 2 bounties taking home a tidy €150.  Right, let’s take a look at the results… Read more

Be the Bounty, 21/10/09 Results..

Yet another great Be the Bounty tournament last night with a tidy 55 entrants turning up for a piece of the action.  mylo114  managed to protect his €75 bounty all the way up to a first place finish, which got me thinking…why don’t we let bounty players keep their bounties if they win the tournament?  Consequently, I am happy to announce that BtB bounty players, from now on, will keep their allocated bounty prizes as extra winnings should they win any future BtB tournament…and we’ll let mylo114 keep his €75 this time of course. Be the Bounty, 17/10/09 Results..

A slightly disappointing start to yesterday’s Be the Bounty tournament with 41 players turning up at the off, however, a further 9 players that managed to squeeze themselves through the late-entry doors helped us pull off a tidy 50 entrants.  The addition of Re-buys seemed to have caused some confusion at the tables for those who did not read the new BtB rules, but the game ensued nicely with 50 buy-ins, 23 Re-Buys and 21 Add-ons, still offering a generous overlay of €460!  With the introduction of Re-buys, we hope to continue raising the guaranteed prize pool regularly, as we’ve been doing recently. We had 69 entrants in last night’s BtB tournament and a total of €1,930 given away in prizes…this included a guaranteed prize pool of €1,300, €225 worth of Bounty Bonuses and €405 worth in Master Classics of Poker Tickets.  Read more

Be the Bounty, 07/10/09 Results..

Congratulations to muppetdonk for topping the tables in last night’s Be the Bounty tournament.  1st place also entitles him to a seat at Saturday’s Master Classics of Poker weekly final, worth €135.  Let’s hope muppetdonk does well and qualifies for the €2 million Amsterdam poker event. Read more
