Plenty of action in last night’s $2,000 Be the Bounty with 82 entrants taking part in our exclusive weekly tournament. I’m happy to see a more affordable buyin of $10 attracting a better crowd. Our changes to blind levels and starting chips also seem to have received positive feedback in our previous BTB Blog entry. Congratulations to dodger37, fistik333 and Muck__Off for placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively, and a quick thanks to all 3 bounty players for turning up to play. I didn’t do any good in last nights game, but IMO its a much better format….well done.
Perhaps to help continue to attract big or bigger fields as last night is to make the payout to more places than 8…..ie say to pay 16 places.
Quite difficult to get in top 8 with a big field so maybe this will attract more and keep the other players who didn’t make the top 8 more of an interest to play again.

Come on guys, this was a really good tournament, but first chancing it from € to $ ( lame but acceptable ) now it seems that you have dropped the tournament every wedensday, why?
And to jamesp362000 the prize structure is really good, and it woun’t be good to share the prizepool with 16 people… standard is top 10% get money back… not 20 or higher..
hope to see the wedensday tournament back in next week.

10% of say 90 or more people is not 8 places is it?…not when I went to school anyway…..and as its a re-buy there is always a chance of the prize pool increasing…must have come close this week, I dont see a problem for sharing a proportion of the prize pool to more places if it creates more interest and more players, after all there is still plenty of value with the bounty prizes on offer….

Really dude, Okay so if 9 people get money you will be happy? … i would be really pissed if i became nr 1 and only got like 200-300$ … i like it alot more now.. the payout structure i really normal, if you want to get money every 2. time you should play a double or nothing.
