58 players are returning to battle it out for the £208,367 first place prize. DTD guaranteed a $1 million prize pool for the tournament and, perhaps with the help of the WSOPE, they have managed to reach that guarantee.
The current top 10 players and their chip counts are as follows:

Eric Liu – 112100
Micheal Tureniec – 88400

ASA Bans Annette Ad’
Annette Obrestad, AKA Annette_15, has had a poker advertisement banned by the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority. The ASA argued that the TV ad’ could entice children to gamble and play poker due to Annette’s online poker moniker containing the number 15.
Annette actually turns 21 this week but the strict UK guidelines on advertising states that nobody in the ads should be under the age of 25.
Obrestad is due to captain the European team in the Caesar’s Cup tournament at the WSOPE later this month.
